About Everhart Coaching & Consulting

Everhart Coaching & Consulting was founded from a simple but deeply held belief: God has uniquely designed each person with strengths, gifts, and a purpose. Sometimes, we simply need someone to come alongside us and help us recognize what He has already placed within us.

That is the heart behind ECC.

I hold a Master of Science in Counseling and am a Certified Life Coach. For the past eight years, I have worked with individuals through Journey of Hope Counseling Center, where I have provided leadership and helped oversee the operation of the center. These experiences have given me the opportunity to walk alongside people through many different seasons of life—helping them recognize their strengths, gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and move forward with greater purpose.

My professional experience also includes seven years as the Administrator of an Adult Care Facility in New York State. In this role, I have been responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of the facility, including staff and department leadership, regulatory compliance, resident-centered care, team development, and organizational operations. This experience has given me firsthand understanding of the unique responsibilities and challenges facing administrators, leaders, and teams in the adult care industry.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to lead teams, develop staff, navigate challenging situations, strengthen communication, and work to create environments where both people and organizations can thrive.
